Joined Jun 10 2011. They would sleep between 10-12 hours a day and maybe another more few hours lying down. Trying to get a newly adopted puppy to sleep through the night can be just as difficult as getting a newborn baby to sleep for a solid 8 hours.
Only calm and silence will get that.
